We appreciate your loyal support. Simply put, your frequent purchases and prompt payments
make our business healthy. When our business is healthy we can serve you better!

We created the Premier Florist Loyalty Program as a way to show our appreciation for the
confidence you have placed in us.

For years, our Premier Customers have used their Reward Certificates to purchase hardgoods while visiting our showrooms. Are you one of them? Are loyalty points accumulating on your invoices? We sure hope so!

You receive…

• one loyalty point for every purchase dollar.
• one extra loyalty point for every purchase dollar in excess of your purchases from
  the same month last year!

Reward certificates will be awarded and mailed to customers whose account balance is current as follows:

• First 20,000 loyalty points = $200 certificate
• Next 10,000 loyalty points = $100 certificate…and so on.

Loyalty points earned and accumulated are now shown on each invoice.

• Each program year starts on March 1st
• The program year ends on last day of February
• Loyalty points are not carried over to next program year.
• Reward certificates can be redeemed for floral hard-goods, when visiting any Dillon Floral
  Showroom in person.
• Reward certificates cannot be redeemed after expiration date shown on certificate.
