Customer Service/SalesLooking for a career selling floral products to retail flower shops? Our sales team positions require a self-motivated, productive, enthusiastic, professional salesperson. Our new teammates will have prior success selling value-added services and products, developing and keeping relationships and setting and achieving company, team and individual sales goals. Positive outlook on life a must!
Strong people skills, creative problem solving ability and exceptional follow-through are a top priority for the sales professionals we are looking for. Must be able to build long-lasting, professional working relationships over the phone and in person. Must be proficient in computer/PC skills. If you are an excellent, open communicator with customers, co-workers and management, one of these positions could be for you.
Floral experience and/or design interest are a huge plus.

Fresh Flower Order Processor Full time and part time opportunities picking and packaging Fresh Flower orders. Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends. Skills needed are: ability to work inside coolers, basic computer skills, detail oriented and a team player. Prior Floral knowledge helpful.

Delivery Driver/Order Processor Full time/part time opportunities for delivery driver /order processor. Job duties will include handling, packaging and delivery of floral products. Candidate must have valid Pa. driver’s license and a clean driving record. Prior driving experience preferred, no CDL required. This position requires basic computer and math skills and the flexibility to work weekends and possible shift rotation. Must be able to work in a team environment and have a positive and professional attitude.
